James Donohoe established his beverages company in 1876 in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland.  The original site was chosen for its proximity to a high-quality water supply (still valid today) and access to rail, sea and, later, airfreight. J.Donohoe Beverages has developed, manufactured and bottled spirits, beers and soft drinks over a timeframe spanning three centuries.

Today, Future Nutrition is located on the same original site as our parent company, specialising in functional and sports nutrition products, both in powder and liquid forms. J Donohoe’s ‘Star’ trade mark is reflected in Future Nutrition’s friendly ‘Star’ logo and echoes the continuation of the strong business ethic of our 135 year heritage.
